Each project has its own logistics, therefore we are unable to provide you with a precise arrival time. We ask clients to be home and available from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on installation day. Measurements and templates are scheduled by region, Monday – Friday

Please have all items under your sink cabinet removed so we can properly attach your undermounted sink. Make sure your bottom cabinet top drawers are removed.

Ensure your existing countertops are cleared off so our crew can remove and dispose of them. After the removal, if any work needs to be completed to ensure the integrity of your installation our technicians will discuss your options at that time.

Please have all electrical and gas cooktops or stoves disconnected. We do not perform these services prior to or after your countertops are installed.

Please have your plumbing fixtures onsite so we can drill your faucet holes. We do not reconnect plumbing fixtures, including dishwashers. Additionally your sink does not come with a strainer or drain basket since that will be installed by the plumber when he or she reconnects your drain pipes.

Please have a clear path from your driveway to the installation area for your crew to safely carry your stone. In rare circumstances weather issues can pose dangerous situations for your crew and we may need to reschedule your installation.

At the completion of your installation we ask you to inspect your countertops and address any concerns with our crew at that time. Afterwards, we will have you sign completion paperwork and collect your final payment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason please know that you will be scheduled for the next installation day that we have available in your geographical area.
